- Accounts Management
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Monitor and update financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Budget Management
- Lead budgeting processes, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments to meet business objectives.
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow, manage AR/AP cycles, and maintain optimal cash balances.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinate internal and external audit processes.
- Cost Control & Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices to enhance financial performance.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in a financial management role, preferably in a multinational or high-growth company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and BPC is an advantage.
- Meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team-oriented mindset.
