Chinese speaking and good with 小红书 is a plusJob OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic Event Management Trainee (Intern) to join our team immediately, supporting all aspects of Ultraluxe Global with a primary focus on event management and coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless guest experiences and operational success for our high-profile luxury festivals and events. The internship runs through the end of October 2025, with a preference for candidates available until the end of December 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Event Preparation: Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, and registrations for Ultraluxe festivals (e.g., VerveArté, JeweLuxe). Manage guest databases, send invitations, and confirm attendance via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.Guest Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, responding to guest inquiries, providing event details, and addressing special requests or concerns promptly.On-Site Logistics: Support event execution by setting up registration areas, managing check-ins, distributing credentials, and guiding guests to event locations.VIP Management: Deliver personalized assistance to VIP guests, including escorting them, arranging accommodations, and fulfilling specific requirements to ensure a seamless experience.Issue Resolution: Address on-site issues or emergencies, such as guest complaints or logistical challenges, collaborating with staff and vendors for timely resolutions.Information Desk Support: Staff hospitality areas, assist with guest inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a welcoming environment.Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback through surveys, interviews, or in-person interactions to evaluate satisfaction and inform future improvements.Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist with thank-you notes, compile event reports, and update guest databases for future communications.Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, planners, and volunteers to ensure smooth execution and overall event success.Professionalism: Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor, showcasing exceptional hospitality to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated.QualificationsPassion for event management, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during the event period (1–30 Oct 2025).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email).Previous experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus but not required.Preferably available to continue through December 2025.Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience in managing high-profile luxury events in a fun, creative environment.Work with prestigious brands in fashion, jewellery, watches, and lifestyle.Opportunity to participate in lucky draws for exclusive jewellery prizes during JeweLuxe.Build a network with industry professionals and contribute to Asia’s most iconic luxury festival.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
