AVP, Real Estate Finance Group - Specialised Product Dept Asia

• Support senior team members in marketing and growing the non-recourse property finance business in Asia Pacific
• Support in end-to-end deal execution and documentation
• Participate in internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal and compliance departments
• Prepare credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos
• Support in the monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in Asia Pacific

• University graduate in real estate, business, finance or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years' experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund
• Understanding of the real estate market in Asia
• Fluent in written and spoken English and one other language widely used in Asia
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Well organised with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
