This role is within the Global Lead Ads PMM team, part of TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) organization. PSO aims to drive ad product growth through local product strategy, go-to-market plans, and by providing key market insights and product feedback to global teams. PSO collaborates closely with Product, Sales, Data Science, Business Marketing, and other teams. We are an agile and curious team, welcoming problem-solvers and strategic thinkers.The vision of TikTok's Global Lead Ads (Messaging Ads) team is to create innovative ways for businesses to connect with customers, leveraging TikTok's unique power and community.
We are seeking a talented and inquisitive Global Product Marketing Manager to bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, and a proven ability to positively influence product development and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should thrive in ambiguity, exhibit strong product acumen, and have experience in multicultural, dynamic environments.Responsibilities
- Develop the go-to-market strategy (0-1) for TikTok Lead Ads solutions and ensure flawless operational execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of strategic business/product initiatives, particularly with our Product and Partnerships teams
- Partner with downstream teams to understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions
- Act as a product advocate to align adjacent product teams with shared goals
- Formulate and execute product tests with clear methodologies and exit goals
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of new products to stakeholders and manage cross-functional work streams
- Craft and deliver effective collateral and packages to the marketQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Comfortable with conducting and analyzing quantitative & qualitative research and A/B testing
- Ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for different audiences.
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to motivate teams and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where
- BA/BS degree or abovePreferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, or 5 years in digital advertising or business messaging
- Strong knowledge of APAC and LATAM market nuances and advertising trends
