Job Description:The CompanyOur client is a life sciences MNC and they are seeking for a Regional Compliance Manager to be part of the legal & compliance team. This role provides compliance guidance for routine operations, clinical initiatives, and strategic projects. The position also contributes to the broader compliance program by overseeing third-party due diligence, supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures, delivering training and communications, monitoring compliance, managing remediation efforts, and helping to define key performance indicators and reporting processes. Degree is law is required to be considered for this position.The RoleThis position requires strong collaboration with regional commercial and support teams to provide compliance guidance across daily operations, marketing efforts, clinical programs, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the business partner due diligence process and overseeing relationships with sales and service partners. The role also involves leading internal investigations and offering expert support on high-priority compliance matters. Additionally, it includes planning and executing regional compliance campaigns, training, and communication efforts. Staying updated on evolving regulatory requirements is essential, along with assessing their organizational impact. The position also leads regular compliance risk assessments, develops mitigation strategies, and monitors the effectiveness of controls and initiatives. A central objective is to raise awareness of compliance obligations and foster an ethical business culture through continuous education and engagement.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate must have a law degree and a bonus to be a Certified Fraud Examiner, Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries is advantageous. There will be 20% travelling to the region.
