You’ll be responsible for driving the sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific. This role involves implementing regional sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with marketing and regulatory teams to expand market presence.What you’ll be doing:Leading sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific, while implementing regional sales strategies and identifying market trendsManaging new product launches and collaborating with Global Marketing on promotion concepts, seminars, conferences, and roadshows to increase market penetrationMonitoring and assessing regulatory impacts (especially cybersecurity) on marine propulsion, recommending next steps and supporting related research programmes with regulators and institutesSupporting sales planning, forecasting, and data consolidation by coordinating with regional subsidiaries and distributors to ensure accurate and timely revenue and order dataPreparing management reports on sales targets and achievements, driving action plans based on Marine team feedbackProviding event support for maritime expos and marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategic initiatives like APAC growth plans and pricing strategiesWho we’re looking for:University students with an Engineering/Business degreeMechanical Engineering and Business Development/Economics backgroundFluent in English languageProficient in MS OfficeA self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamworkGood organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detailMust be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) officeOur behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
