What the role is:Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) in CAAS play a critical role in maintaining Singapore's position as a leading international air hub. This unique profession requires drive and passion with a steadfast commitment to excellence.What you will be working on:As a member of a specialised team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of air traffic not only at Changi and Seletar Airports, but as well as throughout Singapore's bustling airspace. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, you will direct air traffic with a keen focus on safety and operational efficiency.What we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications
Possess a keen interest in contributing to the nation's aviation sector
Composed and able to respond decisively to dynamic situations in an operational environment
Possess strong communication skills, and able to work effectively with stakeholders
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
Medically fit to fulfil requirements of the role
