- International FMCG brand specialising in personal care and hygiene products.
- Marketing role focusing on 360 marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Recommend and implement strategic and tactical brand marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness through various channels.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans for both ATL and BTL activities.
- Lead the implementation of approved brand activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Marketing Managers in developing integrated marketing plans for new launches and projects.
- Actively participate in meetings with internal and external teams to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on brand activities, sales performance, competitive analysis, and marketing spending.
- Understand shopper insights and channel dynamics to support the development of channel strategies and promotional planning.
- Deliver merchandising guidelines for new launches and re-launches.
- Support key accounts managers in developing annual plans by providing category and shopper insights.
- Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of BTL plans.
- At least 3 years in FMCG Marketing or Trade Marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
