He/She possesses experience as the resolver team for incident and crisis management to deliver customer support for both maritime and fixed satellite services.Responsibilities:

24/7 shift support for Satellite Operations
Provide Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink and other value-added satellite services.
To monitor the Infra devices that includes core routers, UPS, M&C alarm for Antenna.
To effectively follow the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.
To co-ordinate the installation, commissioning and testing of the Satellite services with vendor/SI.

Requriements

Diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution.
Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
Knowledge in satellite communications preferred.
Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Operational readiness on 24 X 7 environment.
Ability to perform 12 hours shift operations
