- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Support lead generation efforts across B2B platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, email, events).
- Maintain and update CRM databases and sales pipelines.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to craft proposals and pitch materials.
- Participate in client meetings and calls to learn real-world business negotiation.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic planning.
- Help prepare reports and performance presentations for internal use.
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Bonus: Comfortable with LinkedIn research, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion), or Canva.
- Real-world exposure to business development, sales strategy, and client engagement.
