- Design and develop ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Perform system integration and implement third-party applications as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
- Candidate must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience in ITOM modules
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.
