- Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner. Take the lead as a first PIC for customers
- Work with internal LFS external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience
- Manage account/customer expectations
- Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
- Process Stock In/Out in SAP
- Work with LFS internal customers on process improvements
- Help craft account SOPs and Work Instructions
- Assist in distribution and operations as needed
- Minimum secondary education or GCE ‘O’ Levels
- 2 years’ experience in handling Air and Sea operations with a focus on Customer Service
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
