Location: Senoko Road (pick up from Admiralty MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (OT payable if need)
Basic Up $2600 + HP allowance + 2 times bonus (up to 4 months) + 14 AL + FlexiResponsibilities
- Co-ordinate accident matters with hirers, contractors, reporting vendors, Third party / workshop and insurers.
- Work closely with the various settlement team on high liability (against company) accident cases to close cases quickly at acceptable prices.
- Work closely with appointed accident contractors to turn around accident vehicles.
- Work closely with insurers to close cases where feasible.
- Updating Monthly claims status provided by insurers.
- Raise Third party excess invoice for liability down cases to client upon receipt of GIA report.
- Provide Road Show to educate clients drivers on things to look out in the event of an accident.
- Handling Accident Own Damage Claim with GIA Report.
- Raise Own Damage Excess Billing to Client after vehicle repaired.
- Raise Notification Letter to client upon receipt of GIA report.
- Prepare Weekly Summary on Accident vehicle in contractors workshop.
- Liaise with internal workshop for accident replacement in the event of an accident.
- Monitoring of vehicle collection after accident repair.
- Liaise with contractor for quotation daily.
- Email quotation to client within 2 working days after accident assessment for non-accident related repairs.
- Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.
- NITEC with class 3, no experience is welcome to apply
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- Comfortable to conduct roadshows/insurance briefing (average 5x a month)
- 5 Days work week but may need to OT on sat/sun at times, to conduct briefing for drivers (depending on needs)
