Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating and arranging household staff and their deployment.
  • In charge of household vehicle arrangements.
  • Handling household procurement and expense reimbursements.
  • Providing related property communication services (e.g., maintenance).
  • Managing dietary arrangements and control for household members.
  • Provide daily supervision and support to a teenager, ensuring his safety and well-being.
  • Communicate with teachers and academic staff to stay informed about the teenager's performance and any areas of concern.
  • Arrange transportation to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and social engagements.
  • Plan and coordinate family events, including logistics, vendors, and guest accommodations.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Communicate event details to family members and stakeholders, maintaining documentation.
  • Provide personalized hospitality services and problem-solving during events.
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the employer.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree graduate with relevant working experience
  • Flexibility to work extra hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with event schedules
Other Information
  • AWS in place.
  • All overtime is compensable with time off in lieu.
  • Official work hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
  • Work Location: Central, Nassim Rd
