- Ability to quickly understand the evolving climate and synthesise the impact of the changes to the organisation's narrative and business needs across different domains
- Ability to engage, influence, collaborate and seek buy-in and support from internal and external stakeholders on strategies, plans, and narratives.
- Work across various Divisions in HPB, including Strategic Planning, Programmes, Outreach, and Research, to craft and deliver on greenfield projects and strategies such as AI.
- Liase across Whole-of-Government to ensure alignment on digitalisation and innovation strategies, including the localisation and use of WOG tools such as LLM and Generative AI.
- Dealing with external commercial stakeholders on a variety of issues including programme design, implementation, financial considerations, legal, evaluation etc.
- Report progress of PPH and innovation strategy implementation at various platforms
- Qualifications in public health, business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in developmental and planning roles, preferably with public policy experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities to synthesize information, build strong narrative, and distil ideas and concepts into concrete plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to maintain strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work effectively in an environment that is highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced.
