- Deliver top-notched technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work with client centric mindset.
- Take responsibility for a portion of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
- Learn to utilize automated mediums to perform staging, pre-loading configurations, and onsite deployment, ultimately enhancing proficiency in automation.
- Work together and collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to fulfil client requirements
- Attend to less complex configurations, installations, and break/fix events.
- Analyse security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation
- Flexible working hours may include occasional overtime or shifts outside of traditional business hours
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience
- Strong in interpersonal skills
- Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills is an advantage
- Knowledge in the following area may be advantageous:
- Basic cybersecurity design and principles
- Routing or switching technology
- TCP/IP or Firewall, Intrusion prevention concepts
- Project management methodologies
