- Assist in the preparation, issuance, and evaluation of RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Conduct costs analysis and pricings
- Coordinate with users for their procurement requirements and specifications
- Execute tender submissions with proper and complete documentation timely
- Prepare goods and services contracts
- Keep, track and update record on contract expiry dates, renewals, insurances, warranties, and performance indicators
- Perform tender and procurement processes accordingly with internal policies and approval requirements
- Minimum Diploma level. Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, FM, Marketing or equivalent
- 3 to 5 Years of experience. Preferably, have handled IFM/FM Contracts, Tendering and Contracts administration
- Confident to do presentation
- Good writing skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
