Date Posted: 2021-04-07-07:00Country: SingaporeLocation: 18 Bedok South Road, SingaporeJob Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure compliance and adherence to QMS and Internal audit system to meet AS9100, ISO9001 & UTAS ProceduresLead and direct support activities such as methods and procedures, planning and revision, gage planning and review, quality and reliability engineering, review and disposition of material variancesProvide direction for inspection and quality control of manufactured parts and materials including all dimensional, special and vendor quality control, metallurgical/chemical analysis and laboratory controlManage quality inspection technicians and quality engineers/supervisors to coordinate inspection, PMRB, purge and non-conformance management activities as required. Ensure that all products conform to specifications and meet the customers’ needs and expectations.Coordinate quality problems with QA and Producibility Group and initiate action plans to resolve problemsOversee the performance and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly review of all quality KPI's.Work with other operating departments to resolve problems relative to product design, specifications, materials, tooling and production operations affecting qualityWork closely with all functional departments to meet short term customer requirements while implementing business strategies in support of long term demandsDevelop, deploy, enhance, drive and implement plant-wide quality improvement projects through in-depth analysis of defect trends, manufacturing yields and KPC, to ensure delighted customers and to build customer and employee confidence in the performance of our productsDrive a culture of continuous improvement through the use of ACE tools to implement change that sustains ACE performance and supports the Standard Factory Lean Transformation planOverall accountability for CAB, MRB, OMRB, Clinic activities and process robustnessLead the implementation of new inspection technologies that achieve process, reliability and productivity improvementsMaintain regular communications with direct reports and ensure a high level of support and engagement within the team.Delegate and assign responsibilities in any of the areas such as ACE, quality assurance engineering and planning, parts inspection, defect analysis, statistical process control, etcFoster and maintain a cooperative and productive working partnership and relationship with internal and external customers and overseas sites.Job Requirements:Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering.
