What the role is:You will join VITAL's Finance Services Function as a Section Manager.What you will be working on:You will plan, control and maintain a range of finance activities and lead a team of 7-10 Executives/Senior Executives to support and achieve the organization's goals of providing quality and timely finance services to Client Agencies, in compliance with the relevant public service financial guidelines and operating procedures, while maintaining the stipulated service standards as stated in the Service Partnership Understanding (SPU), and meeting the KPIs to achieve the organization's goals of becoming a trusted Service Partner that provides reliable and quality services. You will also be involved in stakeholder engagement and process reviews and improvements to drive greater efficiencies across WOG.What we are looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in a finance-related position • Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and a team player • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Possess good initiative and a 'Can do' attitude in striving to constantly improve oneself • Inquisitive nature with a strong desire to understand all processes • Able to articulate one's opinions confidently and engage in constructive discussions • Able to work under pressure and manage ambiguity has context menu
