- Updating and tidying visual merchandising and animation guidelines for both Franchise markets
- Assisting the team with establishing proper workflows and processes for both permanent and temporary animations between the Regional, Franchise and Local Teams for timely updates
- Working with the teams in the planning for store refreshes, with the key focus on Top 5 doors before the Local Team roll-out to the rest of the markets
- Building and maintaining monthly animation calendar with the relevant teams
- Good communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Innovative and creative, continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to boost commercial outcomes
