He/she is expected to work independently, collaborate on projects, and support the development of special projects. To succeed in this role, one would need to possess intellectual rigour, independence, motivation, and adaptability.The Day-to-Day ActivitiesProvide operational and project management support for GrabFood demand-generation campaigns, including with setup, documentation, and post-campaign follow-upsPerform analysis to facilitate data-driven decision making, providing a fact base, and helping with issue identification and solutioningConduct market research, including but not limited to competitive landscape and potential growth opportunitiesSupport planning and growth of high impact strategic initiativesQualificationsThe Must-HavesUndergraduate in Business/Science/Engineering or other relevant coursesFamiliar with spreadsheets, databases, project management, and deck preparationComfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environmentStrong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively work with other teams within GrabThe Nice-to-HavesAble to write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data from diverse databases and sourcesAssist in developing and maintaining data dashboards, reports, and visualizations
