Senior Manager, Cyber Security & IT Governance

• Evaluate and review cyber security measures across the organization, including network, system, application, and endpoint security, to ensure operational effectiveness
• Develop and enhance security frameworks, policies, processes, and guidelines to align with industry best practices and organizational goals
• Conduct cyber security risk assessments, penetration tests, and IT controls tests to identify and mitigate security gaps
• Assess, deploy, and maintain cyber security infrastructure to enhance the organization's cyber security posture
• Design, implement, and maintain security incident response and escalation procedures
• Monitor, analyze, and correlate security events to detect and contain cyber security threats
• Enhance cyber security awareness among staff through training and awareness programs
• Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance with organizational objectives and industry standards
• Foster a culture of IT risk management, governance, and compliance throughout the organization
• Contribute to IT strategic planning and budgeting initiatives
• Ensure IT vendors fulfill contractual obligations
• Stay abreast of developments in cyber security technologies and standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent education
• Hands-on experience with cyber security tools such as Next Generation Firewalls, SASE, Endpoint Protection, Data Loss Protection, and Email Security
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience in cyber security management and security governance
• Strong understanding of security risk management, security governance frameworks and compliance, technical vulnerability management, application security, and security technologies including: system hardening, IDS/IPD, firewall, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing
• Proficiency in cyber security standards
