- Partner with the OEM to define development and deployment strategies.
- Lead the integration of locally developed features into the core next generation system
- Manage budgets, personnel, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and service providers, to ensure alignment and compliance.
- At least 15 years of experience in R&D or software development with strong leadership background
- Proven track record in delivering safety-critical or mission-critical systems.
