- Structural Repair
- Cost Conscious in Repair Process
- Handle and responsible for one job
- Carry out repair process to meet job delivery
- Carry out repair work according to repair scheme / routing
- Fill in production planning and quality records
- Skillful in assembly work
- Perform basic troubleshooting in assembly work
- Clear routing upon job completion
- Produce good quality repair work
- Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop
- Minimum 3 years of Structural repair experience in an aerospace MRO environment OR
- Diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering (Fresh graduate without experience) – Direct Entry
- CAAS Paper A12, L12, F11, F12 and C14 (a plus)
- Demonstrate good personal responsibility
- Good work attitude and a team player
- Understand Lean process & concept
- Knowledge in Fitting techniques, mechanical and structural assembly.
- Production standards and tolerance principles
- Able to read engineering blue prints and repair sketches
- Good communication skill
- Strong problem solving ability
- Able to use Microsoft Office software
