Real Estate Analytics is fast growing Singaporean property technology startup with international ambition whose mission is to research, develop and implement the next generation real estate modelling and analytics tools for global markets.Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various data-related tasks including data cleaning, data sourcing, image annotation, and data extraction. This role requires strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen motivation to learn.Responsibilities * Perform data cleaning tasks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Source and collect data from various online and offline sources according to project requirements.
Conduct image annotation tasks to label and categorize images for machine learning purposes.
Extract relevant data from databases, websites, documents, and other sources using appropriate tools and techniques.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, formulae, and visualization.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors in large datasets.
Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks.
Familiarity with API usage for data retrieval and integration purposes.
