The role requires the Assistant / Principal Solution Engineer to keep abreast with technological advancements and to propose these technologies if they see that they fit the customers' use cases.The Assistant / Principal Solution Engineer is required to provide their technical expertise for tenders and come up with technical proposals for these tenders. They are also responsible for properly handing over the prospects to the implementation team upon successful contracting from the customer. They are also to be technical consultants on all project technical matters in their domain.They will be responsible for actively engaging the customers independently and conducting presentations when necessary.Be Part of Our Success

Qualities We Value

Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system integration and communication technologies. Some presales experience is a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a defense, aerospace, or high-tech engineering environment is a plus.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
