Customer Service Officer (Concierge) / up to 3k / ASAP

• Our Client, is an established MNC company
• Customer Service Officer (Concierge/Mall Counter)
• Location: Kallang Wave Mall, Singapore
• 6 days rotation shift jobs
• Basic Salary: up to $3000 (Based on experience)
• Bonus
• Long term contract, convertible

• O'Level and above
• Candidates with/without experience welcome to apply
• Knowledge of local dialects
• Required to work 6 days rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
• Strong in customer oriented

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handling customer's feedback and complaints
• Perform in-house announcement
• Assisting mall event/promotions
• Mall communication facilities inspection
• Handling administrative duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
