What the role is:The Strategic Communications and Engagement Division of the MOH's Communications & Engagement Group aims to raise awareness and garner support for public healthcare policies and programmes. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the implementation of national health campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and enhance communication efforts in promoting MOH policies and programmes. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:This role reports to the Senior Assistant Director (Strategic Communications Team). The responsibilities will include: • Conceptualise, develop, and execute communication strategies to promote MOH policies, programmes, and announcements • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including traditional media, digital marketing, and social media, to ensure effective reach of target audiences through data-driven communications • Strategise communications planning, narrative development, and message development tailored to various target segments and develop communication assets to ensure executions are effective in achieving the desired outcomes • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience insights, market trends, and opportunities and gaps for engagement • Develop measurement frameworks with key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform marketing strategies • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organisational objectives • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities and ensure alignment and coordinated effort across all stakeholders • Prepare campaign reports and provide regular updates on campaign progress in MOH internal meetings • Support staffing duties for the Division and take on ad hoc responsibilities/duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has experience in executing successful marketing campaigns. He/She should possess: • A relevant education in Marketing, Business or Communications; • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing communications, and/or related fields with creative brief writing and agency management skills; • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and interact at different levels; • Ability to work independently and with matrix teams to drive projects; • Excellent project management and budget planning skills; • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines; • Proficiency in Adobe suite of software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
