- Assist to monitor the day to day operations on CQ, daily site walks and report any safety or operations infringements, defects and cleanliness
- Assist with the Repair and Maintenance adhoc works, help to arrange with contractors and technicians to view the defects.
- Assist to keep track and report on all the ongoing repairs works and also help to compile and report the defects reported by Technicians
- Assist to liaise with tenants for feedback and service request.
- Assist with fitting out briefing, and monitoring of tenants fitting out.
- Assist with monitoring and following on the remaining AEI works.
- Assist with coordination of between Operations and the term contractors, especially the Cleaner and Security.
- Assist with other operational matters such as authority compliances, fire safety and work, health safety.
- Degree / Diploma Facilities or Engineering
- Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
