- Assist Master/RF-Advisor with reformatting and restructuring of hall programme
- Prepare posters and collate applications for Student Facilitators (SFs) and Mentees
- Prepare slides and conduct training for SFs
- Track SFs' submissions of individual reflections
- Arrange face-to-face feedback sessions and gather feedback.
- Identify students who need to attend workshop
- Liaise with facilitators to identify workshop dates
- Book and prepare for venue and logistics
- Upload workshop attendance statistics online and follow-up with students as needed with declaration form, etc.
- Oversee correspondence and document submission between students and external organisations relating to OCIP trip
- Organise and facilitate external enrichment components for OCIP such as language classes and talks by external speakers.
- Process financial assistance application from students.
- Liaise closely with IT Care, EussoffWorks and Eusoff Hall IT Student Committee on any website and IT related matters
- Post announcements and updates in Eusoff website and relevant channels.
- Assist Director of Alumni Relations with miscellaneous requests relating to Alumni affairs and relations and maintain hall alumni database system
- Design poster to publicize call for application/registration to Eusoff Alumni and current students.
- Process applications and registration
- Match mentors with mentees and follow up on their progress
- Collate feedback at the end of programme
- Bachelor 's degree required
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Experience in supervising students
- Ability to connect well with students, inspire confidence and provide strong mentorship and support
- Strong initiative with passion to provide excellent customer service to students
- Team player who collaborates and communicates effectively with others, take responsibility for individual tasks and assignments while working to ensure the approach and tome are aligned with the Hall and other colleagues.
