Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings for steel structures using CAD software.
Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Ensure accurate and precise detailing of steel components and connections.
Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of shop drawings.
Generate bills of materials for steel fabrication and construction.
Assist in the preparation of fabrication and erection plans.
Follow industry standards and regulations for steel detailing.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to optimize designs for fabrication and installation.
Maintain documentation and records of steel detailing activities.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in steel detailing.
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Tekla).
Good understanding of steel structures and fabrication processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and within a team.
