To support our continued growth, we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analysis Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will be responsible for supporting activities related to mooring analysis, offshore floating hoses, submarine hoses, and PLEM (Pipeline End Manifold) replacement operations.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience in offshore installation analysis, and a solid understanding of industry standards and tools. A work-from-home option is available, provided the candidate has access to OrcaFlex (Version 10 or above).Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis for mooring scope of work, from disconnection, installation and hook-up operations.
- Conduct analysis for floating hose disconnection, towing, installation, and tie-in operations.
- Perform submarine hose disconnection, wet storage, recovery, installation, and tie-in analysis.
- Execute PLEM recovery and installation analysis, including lifting and rigging design.
- Design and verify lifting arrangements and rigging configurations for subsea operations.
- Prepare engineering reports, drawings (with support from drafters), and calculation packages for client submissions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of offshore installation procedures.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures
- HSSEQ compliance following all policies and procedures.
- Participate in project meetings internally and externally with clients, class, MWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or a related discipline (E)
- Proven experience (minimum 5 Years) in hose installation analysis and structure lifting analysis (E)
- Strong proficiency in using OrcaFlex (E)
- Knowledge of other offshore engineering analysis tools (P)
- Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines, including: (E)
o DNV-RP-N102 (Marine Operations During Removal of Offshore Installations)
o DNV-RP-N103 (Modelling and Analysis of Marine Operations)
o DNV-RP-C205 (Environmental Conditions and Environmental Loads)
o GMPHOM Guide to Manufacturing and Purchasing Hoses for Offshore Moorings
- Familiarity with offshore operational procedures, marine warranty survey requirements, and subsea recovery operations (P)
- Field offshore installation experience related to floating hoses, submarine hoses, PLEM installation (P)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision (E)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (P)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines (E)
- Effective communication and documentation skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement (P)
