Pioneering the "public good" credit risk measure, the initiative is committed to advancing big data analytics and providing directly useful credit intelligence to academic and professional communities. You will participate in the production of our data products and contribute to the ongoing research and development of the flagship NUS-CRI Probability of Default model. This opportunity will challenge successful applicants and is a great learning and development opportunity for those interested in finance and risk management.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Research Analyst to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of international partnership programs within AIDF's Credit Research Initiative (CRI) team. This role blends program management with applied research support, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee program operations, monitor outcomes, and ensure a high-quality participant experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, and eager to learn about emerging financial technologies. In this capacity, the Research Analyst will not only ensure smooth program execution but also gain opportunities to contribute to the development of next-generation EdTech tools and FinTech initiatives at AIDF.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Research Coordination
- Manage and coordinate AIDF's partnership programs.
- Design program schedules, coordinate logistics, and facilitate communication between participants, faculty, and research staff.
- Track program outcomes, analyze participant feedback, and generate reports to inform continuous improvement and research insights.
- Support research team members by integrating training data and program observations into broader research and knowledge initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty members, researchers, and operational teams to deliver seamless program execution
- Liaise with external academic, industry, and regulatory partners to ensure alignment of program objectives with stakeholder needs.
- Monitor program delivery to ensure operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-program evaluation, compiling both qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact.
- Contribute to knowledge outputs (e.g., briefing notes) derived from program findings.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., economics, finance, business, social sciences, or related fields).
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or academic/research support roles.
- Familiarity with financial technology trends, digital tools, or higher education training programs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple programs in parallel.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality assurance and enhancing the learner/researcher experience.
