
Payroll & Billing Admin Officer

- Prepare monthly reports (Accuracy and meeting deadline)
- Provide support to digitalise timesheet into excel
- Categorizing of collected timesheet and supporting documents into the appropriate folders for payroll and billing processing
- Adhere to standards and procedures to manage and administer payroll, billing and other related transactions in a systematic manner
- Assist in preparation of documents for billing including consolidating of supporting documents
- Any other administrative ad-hoc duties
- Good communication skills, positive mind-set, self-motivated and meticulous
- Basic Knowledge of HR/ Payroll processes
- Basic Knowledge of MOM legislations
- Proficient in MS Office, advance excel skills preferred
- Fast learner, able to multi-task and good team player
