- Will work with Ops team to review Target Operating Model for new platform implementation. Test and sign off any requirements for new model.
- Develop and lead the strategic transformation roadmap for operations within the Transfer Agency and Funds Post Trade/Order Management domain.
- Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions in operations.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Operations Transformation lead with strong years of experience in this area, again experience in Transfer agency and Funds post trade/ Order Management domain preferred
- Good to have experience in Mutual fund.
- Proven experience in operations transformation within the Transfer Agency and Funds Post Trade/Order Management domain.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, fund operations, and order management processes.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Familiarity with technology solutions in the financial services sector.
