- Perform Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze Asia Pacific Customer Backlog (CBL) data and ensure data quality with the Sales Logistics team.
- Perform data validation, identify root causes, and resolve issues to improve order fulfillment rates.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries (CTEs, Window functions, JOIN operations) for data extraction and transformation.
- Extract and interpret SAP reports for business operations.
- Build and enhance scripts / dashboards to support Process Automation
- Maintain and improve current Power BI dashboards, including enhancing SQL scripts in databases and DAX measures in Power BI on different Order To Cash (O2C) topics.
- Develop Python scripts to streamline and automate manual data transformation processes.
- Provide technical support for dashboards and troubleshoot data issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate and align with central departments / stakeholders to support in achieving sales targets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months.
- Undergraduate studies in Computer Science / Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Supply Chain or a related technical field.
- Good knowledge on operations and self-driven.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous in task execution.
- Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Extensive knowledge on MS Excel, preferably with knowledge on Excel Macros.
- Experience on Power BI or other dashboarding tools / SQL / Python is a must.
