- Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with potential clients, identifying pain points to propose effective solutions.
- Leading the design and architecture of complex digital transformation solutions, specifically across **Network, SD-WAN, SASE, and Cloud Security** domains.
- Translating intricate customer requirements into functional, effective, and appropriate technical solutions.
- Driving strategic relationship management at all levels to enhance customer reach and engagement.
- Taking strong involvement in complex deals and decision-making processes.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, network, and service management teams, as well as external partners and OEM vendors, to drive successful outcomes.
- Researching, monitoring, and understanding market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that deliver desired results.
- Authoring compelling technical sections of proposals and presenting solutions to customers.
- Providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer to sales teams to enhance solution selling capabilities.
- You possess 10-12 years of sales experience within the Telecommunications or Global Service Integrator sectors.
- You have **must-have experience selling Digital Transformation solutions** in areas such as Network, SD-WAN, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SASE, Contact Centre, and UCaaS.
- You hold an **MBA or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science**.
- You are a strong communicator and confident individual with a positive working attitude.
- You demonstrate flexibility in problem-solving and can identify and significantly improve existing methods and techniques.
- You are detail-oriented with proven experience in creating thorough and comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- You have strong presentation and communication skills, capable of building "trusted advisor" relationships with customers.
- Fluency in English is essential, and strong Mandarin skills are a significant advantage for collaborating across APAC markets.
