Job Description

Social Media Marketing Intern – 4-Day Work Week + Flexible Hours *

Love scrolling TikTok? Obsessed with Reels? Got an eye for aesthetics and storytelling? Here’s your chance to turn your creativity into real impact — and build a portfolio you’ll be proud of *We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and bring stories to life through content creation and digital engagement.Responsibilities

Assist in content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Accompany team members during work activities, events, and visits to capture videos and photos

Handle video recording, photography, and behind-the-scenes coverage

Edit and produce both short-form and long-form content for posting

Draft captions, hashtags, and simple copywriting for posts

Schedule and publish social media posts consistently

Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and compile insights/reports

Brainstorm creative campaigns, trending content ideas, and storytelling approaches

Support ad-hoc marketing or outreach initiatives

Requirements

Familiar with social media platforms and current trends (especially TikTok & Instagram Reels)

Basic skills in video and photo editing software/apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop)

Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail

Comfortable being on-site and mobile for content capture

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently under flexible arrangements
