We are committed to nurturing individual skills and supporting career aspirations.As a Sales Manager at Prosegur Change, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, motivating teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Running the day-to-day management of a cluster of branches
  • Optimising, sustaining, and enhancing sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Creating and maintaining a sales-focused environment encouraging staff to work towards branch, company, and individual targets
  • Reviewing and recommending procedural updates to highlight areas for improvement in staff performance and operational security
  • Plan, forecast, and report on business performance
  • Adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exemplary levels of service in all areas
  • Always maintaining a courteous and professional approach to customers and colleagues
  • Promoting a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 1 years’ experience as a Duty Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the financial services sector
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Eligibility:
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore
