- Position Title: Site Supervisor
- Working Location: Islandwide (but to report at Pioneer)
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon to Fri 9.00AM - 5.30PM) (Sat 9.00AM - 4.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + $400 (Transport Allowance) + Petrol card + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality control across projects in the region.
- Collaborate with the main contractor and stakeholders for efficient project execution.
- Work with the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to enhance operational processes and workflows.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain work quality and reduce rectification costs.
- Assign tasks to foremen and workers.
- Ensure ISO compliance.
- Certify all workers for their specific tasks.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain control measures.
- Investigate accidents and non-conformities.
- Carry out safety inspections and report to the AOM.
- Implement and manage the permit-to-work system.
- Ensure work areas are safe before operations begin.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
- Handle rectification documentation and cost analysis.
- Report monthly on repair costs to maintain budget control.
- Keep the worksite safe and organized.
- Promote a positive work environment and encourage innovative thinking to improve operations.
- Oversee batching plant operations to ensure efficient and quality concrete production.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess own transport vehicle.
