We offer flexible and cost-effective semiconductor fabrication solutions by maintaining fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipment automation and proven wafer-manufacturing processes.We're looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team.We're searching for an Engineer to be part of our Process, Photo Department diverse team of talent.What you will be working on:To support Photo related activities to achieve operation targets and meet company objectivesSustaining line operations, troubleshooting (Participate/implementing corrective and preventive measures) and root cause analysis24/7 standby for impromptu tool issues and specific decision makingProduction and metrology process/tool ownership and accountability for Cost, Uptime, Wafers scrap, process sustaining issuesParticipate in creation and continuous review of Operating Instructions (OI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Best Known Methods (BKMS) to optimize Process and Equipment proceduresDesign, construct ,execute and Participate in cross functional and continuous improvement projects in fields of: Yield, quality, cost, productivity, efficiency, throughput, tool startups , uptime , defects reduction, production line issues and tools defense, work improvement utilizing a wide variety of analytical techniques (run charts, Histograms, Pareto charts, Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical process control charts (SPC)Participate/contribute in Process and Product transfers or production ramp to and from different global networked wafer fabs from Development to engineering and manufacturingNew process/product startup, optimization, development and improvementLead develop & execute process engineering projectsParticipate in Transform Platform and develop Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Best Known Methods (BKM) , patents and Trade Secrets and drive value creationParticipate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and establish SSMC BKMsParticipate in automation solution to improve process quality and costParticipate in troubleshooting and liaise with cross functional modules with product customers of non-conforming manufactured product to determine root cause technical & yield concernsDevelop FMEA for Custom & Derivative processes.Provide training and support for certification of Engineers and Production TechniciansMore about you:PhD/Master/Degree in Chemical , Materials , Chemistry , Physics and Electrical, Electronics Engineering and other relevant fields1-3 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with keen interest to develop a career in semiconductor manufacturing environment are welcome to apply. * Excellent written and verbal communication (in English) skills required.
