
Key Account Executive

- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Drive performance against KPIs, including sales targets, MSL, SOS, and display compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing to develop category plans and ensure “best-in-class” 4P execution.
- Partner with Demand Planning to meet or exceed customer service level expectations.
- Manage trade spend effectively to achieve net revenue targets and prevent overspending.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trade Marketing, Medical Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Lead trading terms negotiations with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Analyse market trends and provide regular insights into the competitive landscape.
- Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any gaps or issues.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in key account management, preferably within OTC or FMCG; experience in Convenience Channel or Western Pharmacy is a plus
- Exposure to Category Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing is an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities
