Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced, independent, and versatile Digital & Content Lead to take full ownership of our company’s websites and all social media platforms. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running without direct supervision. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller, a strategic marketer, and a technical expert who can manage all aspects of our online presence, from content creation to website maintenance.You must be proficient in all necessary tools and software for content creation and management and will be expected to use your own professional equipment.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management & Strategy:Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand identity.Manage and grow all company social media accounts.Plan, schedule, and publish a consistent flow of high-quality, engaging content to foster community growth and engagement.Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and competitor activity, and provide real-time community management.Manage paid social media campaigns from conception to execution, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform updates, and algorithms.2. Content Creation:Independently conceptualize, produce, and edit all forms of digital content, including:Visuals: Professional photography, videography, motion graphics, and graphic design.Copy: Compelling and brand-aligned captions, articles, blog posts, and website copy.You must possess and be proficient in using your own professional equipment and software for high-quality content production.3. Analytics & Reporting:Analyze social media and website performance data to create insightful monthly reports.Present actionable recommendations based on data to leadership.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of all digital initiatives.Requirements:Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media and website management projects.Independent & Proactive: Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. You should be able to strategize, plan, and execute projects from start to finish on your own.Technical Proficiency:Expertise in managing and optimizing websites using Content Management Systems.Proficiency in all major social media platforms and their respective business suites.Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools.Content Creation Skills: Exceptional photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting skills.Own Equipment: Must possess and be skilled in using your own professional-grade equipment and software for content creation.Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Problem-Solver: A resourceful and detail-oriented individual with a knack for troubleshooting and solving technical issues on both social media and the website.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
