- Manage daily HR tasks and maintain accurate employee data in compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Assist in payroll, benefits management, and liaise with external providers.
- Handle work pass applications and liaise with MOM for work pass-related matters.
- Prepare employee documents, reports for government authorities, and maintain leave records.
- Prepare for external audits and ensure operational efficiency in HR processes.
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
- Handle intern recruitment and liaise with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain HR recruitment database and comply with PDPA legislation.
- Manage new hire onboarding and induction processes.
- Coordinate training registrations, documentations, and grant administration.
- Assist in developing training plans and maintain training records in compliance with ISO audits.
- Provide HR advice to supervisors and engage with employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Conduct regular interactions with employees to address their needs and queries regarding HR matters.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of working experience in HR generalist areas in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and labour laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and local language
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and HRIS. Knowledge of SAP, Applicant Tracking System and SharePoint would be a plus.
