We are Givaudan. Human by nature.PurposeWe are looking for a Fragrance Developer to join our Fine Fragrance Evaluation team in Singapore, supporting our clients across Southeast Asia and Oceania. This position offers outstanding opportunities for personal growth and professional development in a collaborative, multicultural environment. The level of the position (Evaluator, Senior Evaluator or Creative Fragrance Manager) will be determined based on the candidate's experience and seniority.Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Fragrance Developer, you will be an olfactive development expert, guiding Perfumers in the fragrancecreation process and contributing to the strategic development of fragrances that resonate with consumers. You will partner closely with Account Managers, Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Market Research, Technology and Lab teams to shape fragrance strategies and deliver winning solutions for both customer briefs and proactive initiatives.You will report to the Fine Fragrance Business Director SEAO and will play a key role in:

Defining and executing fragrance development strategies and creative processes.
Leading the olfactive vision and fragrance strategy for your assigned customers and for the upstream Category proactive work.
Managing multiple complex briefs and developing/selecting fragrances aligned with project goals.
Translating Consumer Market Insight (CMI) data into actionable olfactory guidelines for Perfumers
Establishing regional olfactive understanding to nourish our internal teams and clients
Working with the Technology team, Creation and Application Laboratories on fragrance and technology stability testing and product troubleshooting.
Liaising with other regional creative centers to coordinate and complete global project assignments.
Driving and supporting cross-regional project teams when relevant.
Partnering with commercial teams to understand and align with business objectives.
Monitoring market trends and identifying olfactive white spaces with the Marketing team.
Conducting olfactory analyses of new launches to fuel future fragrance development

You?Are you a curious and driven fragrance expert ready to take on a new challenge? Are you passionate about fine fragrances, creativity, consumer understanding, and innovation? Then this role may be for you.What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years to 10 years of experience in fragrance evaluation, ideally with strong exposure to Fine Fragrances.
Strong olfactory expertise, paired with functional knowledge of fragrance development processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
Experience managing complex projects and working with global or regional network.
Good technical knowledge of fragrance behaviour in various Fine Fragrance/ Personal Care/ Air Care applications (stability, base interactions, compliance).
A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation and anticipate market preferences.
Good communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to translate consumer data into meaningful fragrance directions.
Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
