
Business System Analyst (Technical)

- Provide ongoing application support and participate across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
- Perform functional analysis and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, processes, and technical feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system designs.
- Define and execute test strategies, develop test cases, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and follow through on defect resolution.
- Plan and deliver end-user training for new implementations or system enhancements.
- Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, advising on IT processes, workflows, and organizational impacts.
- Support project management activities, including requirement definition, progress tracking, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure alignment for project execution.
- Provide 24/7 application support where required.
- Contribute to RFP preparation, vendor assessments, and solution evaluations in collaboration.
- 3–5 years of experience in experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
- Strong business analysis skills with proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
- Solid understanding of MS Windows environments and enterprise application support.
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle database.
- Demonstrated success in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
- Prior experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
