- PR – Work with internal PR team on press releases, media events and craft compelling messaging for various audiences, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
- Support Industry Events – Assist in planning and executing Singapore’s participation at key international trade shows, festivals, and networking events to boost industry visibility, engagement and to ensure that our brand stands out in the trade shows.
- Project Coordination – Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, staying on top of timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure Brand Consistency – Support the execution of brand messaging across digital, social media, and physical platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Support Marketing and Communications – Assist in the marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement efforts for the Singapore Media Festival (SMF) and key international industry events, ensuring alignment with IMDA’s strategic goals.
- Brand Implementation – Work closely with branding agencies to execute brand strategies, positioning, and content creation to grow brand equity for Singapore’s media industry.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns – Implement targeted B2B marketing initiatives to promote Singapore’s media sector globally. Content Promotion – Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, and digital content to showcase Singapore’s media offerings.
- Develop Marketing Collateral – Assist in developing B2B marketing materials to promote Singapore’s media content and talent at local and international markets.
- Manage Social Media Channels – Manage daily content creation, scheduling, across key platforms, aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Industry Experience – 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand or PR within the media, entertainment, or related industries.
- Proven experience in social media management and communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, content and audience engagement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Agencies Management Experience - Ability to oversee and manage Creative and Marketing
- Agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with brand and conversion objectives.
- Event Coordination Experience – Ability to support large-scale events, industry forums, and trade delegations.
- Manage Budget - Ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet marketing goals within budget.
- Project Management Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Presentation Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials and business proposals.
- Data-Driven Approach – Analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing performance metrics and derive insights for continuous improvement. Knowledge in Google Analytics or other similar tracking platforms would be an advantage.
- Adaptability & Proactiveness – A team player who can take initiative, problem-solve, and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
