If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!The Senior Engineer will be jointly accountable for customer focus and technical solutions for the Instrumentation business in Indonesia. This position will be based in Indonesia. He/she is responsible for customer facing engagement providing technical support for the products, solutions and services to our end-customer as well as our channel partners.The responsibilities of this role are:
- Providing suitable product & solution in accordance with customers' specification, codes and basic plant application understanding
- Providing technical advises, product training, visit support to local channel partners, OEMs and end-user.
- Utilise productivity tools to support business objectives
- Building up a collaborative relationship with customers / factories / other internal departments
- University degree in process automation or Instrumentation engineering.
- Experience: minimum of 3+ years of related experience in a related field.
- A strong, confident team player who is able to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Trustworthy, open & communicative individual, who is adaptable, stress-tolerant and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic, with initiative and drive and a strong sense of urgency in solving problems.
- Fluency in English with good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, as client-facing time is approximately 65~70%.
