You will assist our culinary team in preparing, cooking, and presenting food while learning about kitchen operations, food safety, and menu planning. This internship provides valuable exposure to large-scale food service and the chance to develop your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily food preparation and cooking under the supervision of chefsSupport plating, garnishing, and presentation of dishesLearn and apply food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP practices)Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and kitchen organizationCollaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operationsParticipate in menu planning and food tasting sessions when requiredMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations and equipmentRequirementsCurrently pursuing a diploma/degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fieldPassionate about food and eager to learn in a fast-paced kitchen environmentBasic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPositive attitude, team player, and willingness to take initiativeAble to commit to a full-time internship (3–6 months preferred)What We OfferHands-on training and mentorship from professional chefsExposure to large-scale food service and corporate dining operationsA supportive and inclusive work culture with opportunities to growInternship allowance providedPotential career opportunities within the company after graduationApplication InstructionsTo apply for this position, you can submit your CV through InternSG or .Agent Note This position is posted on behalf of a client by a third party agent.
