- India focused Funds & Co-Investments (Buyout, growth funds)
- Responsible for the firm's relationships with key Asia Private Equity managers
- Work on a variety of fund investments (e.g. regional, country focused, growth, buyout) and co-investments (across different countries and industries)
- Deal Underwritingfina - Work as part of a small deal team to execute Private Equity fund commitments as well as co-investments
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and maintain relationships with existing fund managers and co-investments
- Represent team in fund managers' investor conferences; meetings with senior leadership of PE fund managers; and interactions with management teams of their portfolio companies
- Primary focus on India market
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-3 relevant years of experience in a Private Equity fund or Investment Banking
- Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills, able to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize results
- Good written, communication and organizational skills
- Positive work attitude, high energy with drive and initiative
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and demonstrate maturity and integrity to interact confidently with senior colleagues
- Must have prior experience in India markets
